What are your minimum hours?

We have a minimum of 2 helpers for 2 hours booking

Do you supply the moving vehicle?

Moving Muscle does not provide the moving vehicle, and our helpers are also not authorized to drive the vehicle you supply

Do you provide any equipment?

Labor Only Service Terms

All moving helpers are required to have lifting straps, and most helpers bring a hand truck. Moving Muscle does not supply any protection supplies: blankets, ratchet straps, shrink wrap.

Can I extend my reservation?

While we can’t assure that helpers can continue beyond the booked time, if their schedule allows and no reservation follows yours, extensions are possible at the original rate in 30-minute intervals

Is there anything you can’t move?

Our helpers are well-equipped to lift a wide range of items, but please note that we do not handle pianos or medium to large safes due to their specialized handling requirements

Will my helpers disassemble or re-assemble furniture if needed?

Moving Muscle specializes in budget-friendly heavy lifting and careful item handling. Kindly ensure items that don’t fit through doorways are disassembled before the move day
